In accordance with the Distance Selling Act, once you have purchased items online and you decide you no longer want them, you have 28 calendar days to return them and we will refund them in full within 28 days of the cancellation date as long as the packaging remains unopened.

We will dispatch your order same working day excluding UK public holidays if you order before 1 pm. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Important information on Royal Mail collection and delivery services during industrial action

The Communication Workers Union (CWU) has called on its members who collect, sort and deliver parcels and letters to take further national strike action on the following dates:
Friday 30 September 2022 and Saturday 1 October 2022
Thursday 13th October 2022
Thursday 20th October 2022
Tuesday 25th October 2022
Monday 28th November 2022
Further dates have also been announced by the CWU for functional strike action which impacts parts of our operation on the following:
Processing, Distribution, International, Collections, Admin: 3rd, 9th, 15th, 24th November and 1st December 2022
Delivery: 4th, 10th, 16th, 25th November and 2nd December 2022
Network: 2nd, 8th, 14th, 23rd, 30th November 2022

Courier services across the UK are provided by Royal Mail and therefore neither delivery nor collection of parcels happens on UK bank and public holidays. We continue to advise that you may experience a delay in receiving your orders due to COVID-19. Please check Royal Mail website for updates.

Please double check your address before placing an order with us as providing a wrong or invalid address will cause delays. We are not responsible for orders dispatched to wrong/invalid addresses if these were provided by you on checkout. In case an item is not delivered due to an invalid address it will be returned to us.

Please note that Royal Mail 1st class only “aims“ to deliver within 1-3 working days so the weekend doesn’t count. They might deliver on Saturday, but it’s not guaranteed.
